How To Get The Perfect Faux Tan

It's time to break out the shorts, tank tops and show off the tan lines-or rather, get rid of those tan lines! But, if like me, you are skipping the actual tan in favor of a faux glow, here is a little refresher on how to get the best out of that bottle of self-tanner.
Step 1- Exfoliate
Use a salt or sugar scrub on any area of the body that will come in contact with the self-tanner. Choosing an exfoliator without a lot of oil is key, because self-tanner will not adhere to skin that's too slippery. Use your scrub in a circular motion then rinse thoroughly. I suggest Bliss Hot Salt Scrub, a eucalyptus and rosemary scented scrub that wakes you up and leaves skin smooth without oily residue. Pacifica Kona and Sugar Detox Whole Body Scrub's is also a great option. Its intoxicating scent leaves skin smooth and though it contains oil, it's not overpowering.
Step 2- Shave
Save the shaving step until after you exfoliate, otherwise you will end up with a not-so-lovely sensation that mimics salt in an open wound. Be sure not to shave over any area more than once or twice to avoid razor burn.
Step 3- Moisturize
Use a lightweight lotion that's not too greasy (remember a slippery surface does not make for an even application). Focus on elbows, knees and feet, because these areas tend to get the blotchiest during application. Give yourself 5-10 minutes for the lotion to absorb fully before going on to the next step. If you do end up with too much lotion buff your skin with a bath towel to remove the excess. Try Kiehl's Creme de Corp Soy Milk & Honey Whipped Body Butter for a deliciously scented super hydrating formula.
Step 4- Application
Start applying the tanner gradually. Resist the temptation to slather on too much too quickly-this is when and how we get those awful streaks. Work in even strokes from the top to bottom and blend in thoroughly to avoid spots and streaks. Try L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self Tanning Lotion.
Step 5- Facial Application
Apply a dab on your forehead, nose, and each cheek then blend outward until the product looks seamless. Always check your application in natural light to be sure you blended well and didn't miss anything major. I love St Tropez Self Tanning Mousse for a goof proof application.

Ways to Diminish Wrinkles(AGEING)

1. Prevent the Ageing Signs
Limit the Exposure to Sun, Alcohol and Cigarettes
Prevention is better than cure so try to avoid some of these things like sun, smoke and alcohol in order to prevent the ageing signs from coming earlier. You should apply a quality sunscreen on the face while going out. It also prevents from skin cancer.
2. Deep Breathing
It is good for your skin if you wake up early in the morning and take some deep breaths in the fresh air.
3. Water
Water always does good.Drink plenty of water and have a wrinkle-free fresh skin.
4. Flax Seed Oil
You need to drink flax seed oil at least four times a day. Start from drinking at least 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil in the morning when you wake up. Try to make sure that you are not allergic to flax oil or it may cause diarrhea.
5. Acupressure Point Massage
One of the best home remedies to diminish wrinkles is to massage on the acupuncture points on the face. Use your fingertips to massage the face by applying pressure on the specific parts of the face in circular round motions.
6. Get Adequate Sleep
If you do not get enough sleep then there are a lot of chances that your skin cells may break down and if you get an adequate sleep, it will help in producing a hormone known as HGH (human growth hormone) which maintains the skin to remain elastic and thick. Usually the wrinkles start to form when the skin gets thin.
7. Don’t Squint
It is also said that squinting promotes the skin wrinkles. When you go out in the sun, your eyes are not used to it and similarly when you are out somewhere and you are in the direction of the sun, you may require to squint. This squinting overworks the facial muscles which eventually forms the wrinkles. Always wear sunglasses which would help in the protection of the eyes from sun damage as well as from squinting.
8. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables
Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables as much as you can as there are a number of vitamins and minerals in the fruits which prevents the face wrinkles and also keep the skin fresh.

Why Natural Anti Aging Products Are Better Than Botox

In the natural versus chemical argument, there are strong believers on both sides. Some think that unnatural treatments such as Botox and plastic surgery are the best option for a more youthful appearance. Others argue that natural anti aging products are far better for the skin, and can have equally dramatic results if used as part of a daily skincare routine. Many people who have used a natural anti aging product over time have seen a huge reduction in fine lines and wrinkles, leading to the same effect as expensive chemical treatments offer.
Botox is a bacteria that is injected into the skin to relax the muscles. It therefore reduces things such as frown lines and laughter lines, for temporarily smoother looking skin. However, the effect is not permanent and the treatments are not cheap, so over time these payments can add up and make this an extremely expensive beauty option.
People can spend thousands of pounds on treatments over the years and if they run out of money and can no longer afford to pay for Botox, the effects disappear completely. When using natural anti aging skincare products however they deeply nourish the skin from within, providing long term benefits at a fraction of the cost.
Rather than freezing or relaxing the muscles, or pulling them tighter at some surgeries do, natural age revival products feed the skin cells and help them to regenerate and become more elastic. There is nothing unnatural about them, and no one can argue that nourishing and hydrating your skin could be a bad thing.
Natural skincare products designed as anti aging skincare will typically contain high levels of powerful antioxidants. The super antioxidant Rooibos tea for example and antioxidants Green and White tea work to fight free radicals in the environment which otherwise damage your skin day after day, at an unnoticeable rate that eventually leads to wrinkles. A natural wrinkle reducing product will also contain many highly nourishing vitamins and minerals to help your skin increase its level of collagen, which is the building block of your skin that keeps it soft, smooth and crease free.
Natural anti aging products have excellent rejuvenating properties, giving you a healthy glow for a truly youthful appearance. Not only that, they also work to combat the other signs of aging such as sagging skin, which is pulled taught without the need for needles or surgery, and age spots which are effectively lightened and reduced. Skin brightening products that contain natural fruit enzymes for example reduce uneven pigmentation for a clear and beautiful complexion.
Overall, it is clear that natural anti aging products are the way to go. Botox and chemical treatments are harsh, unnatural choices that can have unwanted side effects and, even if they work well, will leave you out of pocket. A natural anti aging product on the other hand will have the same amazing effects at a fraction of the price. When in doubt, opt for natural skincare products.
