Why Facial Exercises Work Better Than Chemical Treatments

Do these exercises for at least 10 repetitions. While most of these may seem silly, these exercises are designed to fully stretch your muscles in ways not normally done so it will naturally look funny especially if you look at the mirror while doing these exercises.
If you expect immediate results by doing these face exercises, you will be disappointed as it will take some time before these will have any significant effects. While facelifts and other procedures will have an instant effect, and wrinkle creams may take several weeks, facial exercises may take a few months before you see some results. But it has its advantages such as being a natural way to look younger, you won't have to apply artificial chemicals on your face. It is also free so you won't have to spend any money at all to look younger.
Comparing these exercises to applying wrinkle creams everyday is not very different. You will spend a few minutes each day applying creams on your face. Exercising your face on the other hand, will take just a few minutes longer but it will also help relax your face. This way, you won't have to think that exercising is time consuming and tiring, and you will have more motivation to do it everyday.
